    Each property is different and cost is dependent on its individual features.


    We’ll ask you many questions about your property to gain a firm understanding of what is required.

  • How can we pay?

    A Clean Move accepts the following payment methods:

    • Cash
    • Credit cards (processing fee applies)
    • Direct Deposit

    Depending on your circumstances payment plans and other options can be arranged.

  • How long does it take to clean a property?

    Time is dependent on the size and features of your property.


    Most jobs are completed within a few hours.


    During the quotation process we’ll be able to allocate appropriate resources to ensure a high quality service will be completed in a timely manner.

  • How many cleaners will attend?

    Our cleaners are employees, not contractors.


    Each team usually has 4 staff. Depending on the day's work schedule, it may be more or maybe less.

  • Do you offer weekly or regular cleaning services?

    No. We specialise in deep cleaning for end of lease or properties for sale.

End of Lease Cleaning:

  • What is included in an end of lease clean?

    An end of lease clean is a comprehensive clean of the entire property.


    Please review the end of lease checklist provided by your property manager.


    We endeavour to cover all items on the checklist.

  • Do you supply products and equipment?

    Yes. A Clean Move will supply all necessary products and equipment to complete the service.

  • Do you offer a Bond Back Guarantee?

    As A Clean Move is not responsible for returning your bond we cannot make such a claim.


    Please be cautious of any company offering such a guarantee, as it is usually false.


    If you have any concerns about the quality of our service please discuss A Clean Move with your property manager.

  • What days do you clean?

    A Clean Move only operates business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • We work full time and are unable to meet during business hours. What can you do?

    A Clean Move is happy to collect keys from the managing agent (if office keys are available).


    Alternatively, keys may be left onsite or we can assist with the installation of a key safe for our team to access on the day.

Carpet Cleaning:

  • Can I just get my carpets cleaned without any other services?

    Yes. A Clean Move offers carpet cleaning as a stand-alone service.

  • What do I need to do in preparation for carpet cleaning?

    Vacuuming, electricity & water.


    Carpet needs to be vacuumed prior to a steam cleaning.


    You can do this yourself or A Clean Move can do this for you for a fee.

    Electricity is required.


    If there is no electricity, please let us know.  We can provide a generator for a fee.


    Water must be connected to the property to complete the service.

  • How long after the carpet clean can we walk or place furniture on the carpet?

    With clean shoes, you can walk on the carpet straight away, however you will leave footprints. Please allow as much time as practical.


    Furniture placement, we recommend 24 hours to allow the carpet to dry.

  • We have created stains on the carpet. How can you help? (This also applies to pet stains)

    Many stains come out with a standard clean.


    Once this is completed we can offer a firm price for stain spot treatment.


    Please let us know at the quotation stage, we can advise what options are best for your personal circumstances.

  • What type of carpet cleaning do you offer? Steam cleaning or dry cleaning?

    A Clean Move only offers best practice, as recommended by carpet manufacturers, hot water extraction also known as carpet steam cleaning.

Pre-Sale Cleaning:

  • When should the pre-sale clean be completed?

    The clean must be the first pre-sale task to be completed.


    Before the staging furniture and before the campaign photographs.

  • I’m really unsure. Can you discuss it with the sales agent?

    Selling your home can be stressful.


    A Clean Move is happy to liaise with the sales agent to ensure all services are completed in readiness for the sales campaign.


    On many occasions the sales agent can also provide us with access to your property.

  • We’ve sold our property. Settlement is about to occur. Can you help?

    Yes.  A Clean Move also offers pre-settlement cleaning.


    Please call to discuss your property and requirements.


    Every sale is different. We need to ensure all parties are happy for a stress free settlement.

  • What are your payment terms?

    Pre-sale cleaning requires payment on receipt of invoice or payment instructions. This is usually within a couple of days.


    Longer payment terms can be negotiated and standard account keeping fees will apply.
